Situated in Buttala, the Pelwatte Dairy factory is a hub of dairy excellence, with a handling capacity of 300,000 liters per day, currently operating at over 90% capacity. The factory is supported by a farmer base of 25,000, 60 milk collection centers, and around 100 liquid and dry vehicles, ensuring seamless operations. With nearly 750 employees, we also uphold our unparalleled commitment to local empowerment.

Our diverse product range includes Full-Cream Milk Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Butter, Ice Cream, Set Yoghurt, Drinking Yoghurt, Sterilized Milk, Curd, Fresh Cream, and Ghee, catering to varied consumer dairy needs. Driven by quality standards, Pelwatte adheres to ISO 22000 standards and plans to secure ISO 17025, FSSC, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications within the next two years.
